As a researcher, I travel to Spain often
with my family. This apartment clearly exceeded our expectations.
Very bright, open, roomy, and surprisingly quiet. An American-size
kitchen with all the ameninities (which is a rare find in
Europe) and both a washer and dryer. Great location. It's
a block away from Cadiz's version of central park, which
was a nice diversion for our 5 year old and very close to
the beach. Butcher shops, tapas bars, shopping, plazas,
art museum, and libraries are all within a 5 minute walk.
The manager, Pablo, was courteous and spoke impeccable English.
We will likely return again on our next visit to Cadiz. |

I am an artist and went to Spain to paint. The La Casa
Cadiz was very nice and very clean. I was very pleased
with the apartment. It was in a good location in walking
distance from everything. What I also like is the fact
that I could paint in Cadiz or catch a bus or train and
travel to other towns were I could paint or take pictures
and then return for a good nights sleep.

I luckily found this lovely apartment available
during Holy Week when all hotels were booked or way over
my price range. It was a pleasure to stay there with easy
access to the town, beach and all activities. There was
ample room for the 4 of us staying there and our friends
to come and hang out each evening. We loved the kitchen
and having a washer/dryer was a plus. I would recommend
this apartment highly for a family or small group. |

I have been very busy since I have been back
from Spain, but I wanted to take a minute to thank you and
tell you just how wonderful your place is in Cadiz. I can
say that I stayed in no other greater place than your residence
and the time I had in Cadiz was unparelleled. The food,
the City and the people were incredible!
So many good times...I will be returning to your place
and to the City of my most memorable and enjoyable days
and nights. Thank you so much again

Just wanted to thank you for a wonderful stay at your
place in Cadiz. The location was perfect and the house
was very comfortable.
Carnaval was a real treat. if we ever come back to Cadiz,
which we hope with all our hearts that we do, we would
very much like to stay at your place again. We can see
why you chose Cadiz. the city and the people have real
heart... couldn't imagine a friendlier place. regret we
left just as the weather was getting real, real nice.

A lovely apartment in a lovely city. The four of us--two
parents, two kids (6 and 10)--thoroughly enjoyed both.
Cádiz is friendly and welcoming in all ways, from the
weather (a constant 26-27 degrees with a nice ocean breeze--and
this in mid-summer Andalusia), to the extreme walkability
of the town, to the great people. We alternated beach
days with strolls around old Cádiz and visits to beautiful
nearby towns like Vejer and Sanlúcar. Having a rental
car (from the Seville airport in our case) was great;
parking in c/ Ustáriz itself turned out to be no problem.
The apartment is beautiful: cool, clean, practical, and
very tastefully decorated.
